Dear Customer,

In this section we will provide you with some information to make shopping in our online shop as convenient as possible. You will be able to find the answers to most of your questions in the corresponding categories in the menu to the right.

Due to the large portfolio of products we do not publish a printed catalogue!

We are often asked whether we have a showroom or in some cases, customers come visiting because they think we have one. As we currently offer more than 17,500 products (January 2014) it is simply impossible to provide a representative overview of our products in a showroom – not to mention the constant changes to our portfolio. Nevertheless we understand the need to inspect the goods before buying. Therefore we offer the following procedure to you:

  1. Register as a customer
  2. Place your order and choose collection by customer for shipping method
  3. Make the following note in your order: "Goods for inspection at your place"

This is a pseudo-order without any obligations!

We will then notify you by email, as soon as the goods are ready for inspection. You can inspect the goods at our place during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

For all customers living further away:

You can return your order without giving a reason (see return form). This is also guaranteed by our certification! We will collect the goods at your place and refund the paid amount invoiced including the shipping costs.
